Welcome to our school website. It will inform everyone who is interested in our school but especially parents/carers and prospective parents/carers all about Brickhill Lower School.

Brickhill Lower School is a school for 4 - 9 year olds and is situated in a residential area to the north of Bedford.

There is an Early Years Unit and eight large and airy main school classrooms. The school has a large assembly hall, which is well equipped for physical education, a library and an ICT suite. Outside there are three hard surface play areas, a playing field and an environmental garden.

Our school is a great place to learn! All the staff are dedicated to providing the best education for every pupil by making lessons stimulating and fun. We believe that every child in our school has something to offer and that it is our job to help every pupil achieve. 

Our standards in English, mathematics and science are well above the national average when our pupils leave the school in Year 4.

We put a lot of emphasis on the partnership between home and school in the education of our children and welcome parents into the school.
